THE ANSWER IS GARLIC!!!
Yes, garlic, that old standby. It contains some very powerful chemicals that block certain viruses and mutated cells (like cancer) from proliferating in your body.
A whole clove of garlic is, in itself, nothing special. But once it's been chewed, sliced or crushed, the garlic smells a different story (pun was very intended there folks). This is because the antiviral properties of garlic is activated when its two main chemical components combine. So, if you're using garlic to protect yourself from the flu, it's best to ingest it right after its been sliced or crushed.
*For this purpose, I recommend slicing the garlic right before you eat it, then just add it raw to the cooked foods that you are eating.*
If you allow sliced/crushed garlic to sit for a little while longer, don't you fret! The chemical that is then produced after a period of time is the one that's been proven to inhibit the proliferation of various cancer cells. So if you're protecting yourself from cancer, or if you're a survivor getting your immunity back in shape, it's best to allow the sliced/crushed garlic to sit for a few minutes before consuming it raw.

HEALING BUCKWHEAT NOODLES
This recipe is straight out of Asia . It is so easy to prepare, taking only about 10 minutes total time. In Asia this dish can be had for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a snack. When enjoying this with friends you can let everyone pick their own ingredients. This recipe allows us to get the benefits of fresh, raw vegetables while warming the body.
1 Package Soba Buckwheat Noodles
1-3 Cloves garlic
2-3 Spring onion stalks
Braggs Liquid Aminos
Carrots (1 and ½)
Spinach (2 cups)
Sesame Oil
Your favorite vegetables
Step 1 : Place carrots in ½-1 inch of water in a small pot on the stovetop. Steam on medium heat. (You can also use any steamer you might have)
Step 2 : Dice up garlic, spring onion any other veggies you want to use and place in a large bowl.
Step 3 : Add Bragg's Liquid Aminos, Sesame Oil, and spinach to the large bowl.
Step 4: Boil noodles for 4-6 minutes
Step 5 : Add noodles and carrots to you large bowl.
Step 6 : Mix and enjoy.
