Freedom Flow:
movement-based practice for the mind, body and soul
(back to top)

New Moon Friday, September 30th 6:30 - 7:45pm

FreedomFlow is a movement-based practice to express yourself through dance and music. It is movement medicine for your body, mind & soul. There is no choreography and no dance skills necessary! You define your own movements in a safe container of encouragement and non-judgment. The class is lightly facilitated with guided imagery, breathwork and community-building exercises to create a space where you can connect to your self, release stress, detox, workout and have fun.

Dance as medicine is a powerful practice and has been used by indigenous communities all over the world to celebrate, commune and envision. Our culture is used to a more sedentary and separate lifestyle. It's time for us to come together in celebration, connect with our bodies and heal our minds. Embodiment through music and movement gives you the opportunity to let go of old energy and take steps into healthier ways of living and being.

Express freedom and find your flow - do FreedomFlow!

Jennifer Hart facilitates this event. Donations are wholeheartedly welcome and encouraged.
